Yesterday, 17 November, another Gallo’s establishment changed its sign; BEFED Valpolicella.
The opening of the summer season BEFED Vago pub on 26 May also marked the beginning of the process of transition that, by the end of 2022, will see all four Gallo’s establishments in Verona become part of the BEFED Franchising group.
The Valpolicella pub is characterised by a welcoming outdoors summer area and an informal atmosphere. It covers three floors and offers space to celebrate, laugh and talk loudly, while relying on fast service, courteous staff and quality produce.
The inauguration was a success, with an initial tasting of BEFED’s most popular products; the grilled cockerel, with its delicate and slightly spicy flavour, and the Craft Beer produced with care for BEFED by master brewers. The evening then continued from 8.30 p.m. onwards with table service, all accompanied by music and entertainment in true BEFED style.
