Our Cockerels grow up in harmony with the nature that surrounds them in the pristine alpine valleys of Valchiavenna.
Every day, we carry out detailed controls, and feed our roosters exclusively with certified feed and with water from our mountains.
Our roosters are barn-raised in accordance with the highest animal welfare and sustainability standards in a controlled and safe 100%-Italian chain that uses renewable energy sources; respect for our valleys and the cockerels has been our mission for 3 generations.
Thanks to our authentic passion for our work, Scudetto Rosso Vallespluga has been serving Italians with a healthy and high-quality product with an unmistakable flavour for more than 50 years.
A unique rooster, the Vallespluga rooster!

Everything began in 1920 in the Netherlands.. We know that to offer a delicious product, one must always start with a raw material
unique, cultivated with love-the right blend of tradition and innovation.
Thanks to our technology and constant monitoring, we select the best potatoes, guaranteeing quality and authenticity from field to plate.
All of this allows us to keep our ingredient close by, and to manage large-scale crops with the same attention as for a small vegetable garden. For us, offering the best means producing a tasty and sustainable product. We constantly reduce the environmental impact of processes by optimising the use of water and always favouring the use of renewable electricity sources.
Over the past century, we have grown constantly, through the construction of new plants and through acquisitions in both Europe and beyond.
Quality and innovation come together to continue to guarantee a new flavour experience!
